Gratitude

I give thanks for all the good within me and around me.

Let gratitude awaken within your heart and mind. As you sincerely give thanks to others for their kindness or express appreciation for aspects of your life, you unlock and amplify the flow of positive feelings and experiences coming your way.

Focusing on gratitude nourishes you at a deep, soul level. It connects you to something larger than yourself, helping you to tap into Divine energy. Expressing gratitude can help you feel stronger, happier, better able to deal with everyday challenges.

So, what are you grateful for today? Reflect on whatever you’re most grateful for in your life. Go through one by one and give thanks for your loved ones, special places or activities, professional or personal qualities, or other things that matter. Appreciate what they mean to you.

As you go about your day, continue to pay attention to the blessings in your life. The more you bring an attitude of gratitude into your being, the more you will raise your vibration, and the more good you will attract and enjoy in all areas of your life.

Meditation:

Begin with a few deep breaths, press your feet firmly into the ground, and know that you are safe and grounded. Then bring your awareness to your Heart center. Continue to breathe deeply, activating the loving rose pink energy of your Heart, and breathing in love and gratitude.

Now, beginning in your Heart, bring your awareness up to connect your Heart with your Third Eye chakra (in the center of your forehead). Allow the rose pink energy of your Heart to flow and unite with the deep indigo blue of your Third Eye. Visualize or intend that your Third Eye is now activated.

Invite and be open to receiving Divine guidance or insights into your spiritual gifts. Ask your intuition to bring forward, in whatever form is meaningful and for your highest good, what you are most grateful for in your life. Celebrate and express your deepest thanks for this.

Call in the energetic element of Water to lovingly support and amplify your expression of gratitude. Send gratitude to your loved ones by inviting them to connect to the flow of positive energy radiating from your heart to theirs, for the highest good of all.

Close your practice by slowly bringing your awareness back to your Heart, focusing on your breath and the feeling of your feet touching the ground. Allow your full awareness to return to the present.
