Forgiveness

I forgive and I release. I forgive and I'm at peace.

You have the power to change your perspective on past experiences. You can choose to forgive others, and yourself. This releases the burden of past hurts and lifts your energy.

When you forgive someone, you stop being a victim and own your power. It doesn't mean you condone their behaviour. You may have experienced suffering in your life due to the actions of others. Or perhaps you feel that your own actions have hurt others.

Whatever your situation, take a moment to honour the resilient being that you are. Let yourself move on from these experiences and allow healing to take place. Accept renewal within yourself, and the circumstances of your life.

It's time to choose joy over pain. Reclaim your power and your zest for living—your unlimited potential. Centre yourself in your heart. Call in the cleansing power of Divine love and forgiveness to flow through you now.

Choose to forgive all those who have caused you hurt, real or perceived, intentional or unintentional. Gently release all anger and unforgiveness. Now forgive yourself for any hurt you may have caused others. Know that all is forgiven, and allow yourself to be at peace.
