Compassion

I allow universal compassion to flow through me now.

When you’re going through a difficult life passage, it can seem as if everyone else is doing better than you. Perhaps you have lost someone close to you, or you’re having health issues or money troubles. Things like this can upset the balance of your life and test your ability to cope. You’re not alone.

Maybe you've been wondering, why me? What have I done wrong, to be going through such a challenging time? If so, take a deep breath now. Then, as you exhale, gently release all those judgements. Breathe in acceptance and understanding, breathe out resentment and resistance.

Life is a dynamic process of learning and growing. Sometimes it feels joyous and effortless, other times more painful and hard. Allow yourself to deepen your awareness of who you are and why you’re here. As you do this, you will find yourself flowing more easily with your life experiences.

Know that is not what you do that matters the most, it is how you choose to be. Towards yourself, and others. Be gentle, be kind, be forgiving. Allow your heart to fill with love and compassion for yourself and all beings.

From your heart centre, feel the soothing and harmonising energy of compassion flow through every part of your body now. Then allow it to radiate outwards to the world. Be at peace, be at one.
